**Due to sea water level, boarding time varies from timely basis day by day, or in rarely cases, any changes/delay for boarding time of the preset calendar due to bad weather of safety purpose will be inform accordingly as soon as possible**
Gather time: 15 minutes before before boarding time
- Up to 30 days before departure date: 50% refund on after discount tickets value.
- Up to 14 days before departure date: 25% refund on after discount tickets value.
- Cancellations made in less than 14 days before departure are NOT entitled to a refund.
FMCO/MCO/CMCO Booking Policy - cancellation due to government order movement control :
Request for date change/ notify us once you have a revised date -
U can opt to change your check in date when your check in date falls on MCO (depending on room availability on revised date)
Seek for refund -
if u opt to refund, your total amount paid will be refunded after deduction of MYR10 + 5% ( processing fee & Bank or payment gateway charges)

Child / infant below 3 (days format calculation) are not advisable to travel, which you wish to travel its free of charge however its not covered by any insurance and solely bear by your own risk. Children are not permitted to travel alone from the age 3 to 12, providing they have a letter of permission from a parent or guardian.
Please contact the ferry operator directly. However operator will not liable for your any lost belonging during journey, please take a good care of your belongings.
Our price was given discount with group purchase all available online; the prices quoted online are our lowest fares for the route/date/time combination that you have selected. Most seats are demand driven, so we advise you to book early and avoid peak sailings if possible.

Why are we required to fill in for every boat rider/passenger (including child below 3) name, date of birth, identification/passport number, detail before making payment or boarding?
Once I have fill up every boat passenger, can my seat replace by someone which not registered earlier ?
Yes, your seats may replace by someone and you will need to contact us for the new replacement passenger detail before boarding or as soon as possible. You will needed to pay or we will refund you on any different on the condition ticket price. Operator deserved right to not permitted to boarding with any refund for passenger who are boarding not same as registered details.
Are the boats accessible to disabled / reduced mobility passengers and can you arrange any assistance when boarding?
A large number of boats are well adapted to suit the needs of disabled / reduced mobility passengers, although the boat operators are not always able to offer all on board facilities, and some routes are not suitable for disabled / reduced mobility passengers. however please note that these services must be requested well before departure as operator will try to assist you as possible by their capability. We advise all customers wishing assistance in boarding to boarding much earlier than the latest boarding times.
